Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to mainland UK addresses only.

Delivery cost
Free on all orders. No minimum spend.

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

All stock is held in a UK warehouse, so your order doesn't travel from overseas.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 3 working days of ordering, email veyrobusinessltd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it.

Delays
Occasionally a delivery takes longer than expected — bad weather, courier backlogs, or an incorrect address. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we can resend it, but you'll need to cover the second delivery cost.
